How It Works

Select Your Membership: Choose the plan that aligns with your wellness goals. We offer both Wellness Massage and Specialized Lymphatic & Body Sculpting options.

Immediate Activation: You can start your membership at any time. If you choose to begin immediately, your account will be charged for the current month on the day of sign-up and then on the 1st of each subsequent month.

Card on File: To activate and maintain your membership, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. This ensures seamless billing and automatic renewal each month.

Flexible Start Date: If you prefer, you can select a future start date for your membership. If you start immediately, charges will be applied as described.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice. Please see our [Policies] for more details on cancellation and other terms.
Policies
Location Coverage:
Before proceeding, please check if your location is within our service area. Memberships purchased for locations outside our service area will be canceled and fully refunded. Check Coverage Locations . If you don't see your city listed, please text or email us so we can let you know if we cover your area.

Billing Details:

Monthly Charges: Membership fees are processed monthly on the 1st of each month. Your payment will be automatically debited from the credit or debit card you have on file using Square.

Immediate Activation: If you choose to start your membership immediately, you will be charged for the current month on the day of sign-up. Subsequently, you will be billed on the 1st of each month for the duration of your membership.

Card on File: To ensure smooth billing and automatic renewal, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. This card will be used for all monthly charges and any additional session payments.

Missed Appointment Policy:​
​
Cancellation:
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited unless rescheduled within the current month.
Roll Over: If a client misses their scheduled appointment with proper notice, they can rollover the missed session to the following month or the next two months. However, the rolled-over session cannot be booked within the same week as their other massage for that month.
Unused Roll Over: Unused massages, including roll-over sessions, will be valid for up to 3 months from the date they were missed before expiring. After 3 months, any unused sessions will be forfeited.
Transferability: Both roll-over and regularly scheduled sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Refund Policy: NO Refunds. All membership fees and payments for any massages are non-refundable. This includes any used massages as well as any unused roll-over sessions or payments made before the cancellation of the membership.
